EXCHANGES
The fastest & easiest way to make an exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.

RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, and in its original packaging). You’ll also need to provide your order number.
Step 1: Send an Email
To start a return, you can email us at Help@valkyrah.com.
Step 2: Wait for Return to be Approved
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be refunded.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. If you have not received a response within 2 business days, email Help@valkyrah.com.
Step 3: Package Your Return
Once you receive your return shipping label, please review the instructions included in the email on how and where to send your package. Customer will be responsible for return shipping cost. We do not offer returns or refunds to items that are worn, used, or not in original packaging.
Step 4: Wait to Receive Refund
Once we receive your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

SHIPPING TIME
Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be shipped. Orders will be shipped through USPS. To track your order, reference the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation e-mail.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
